Why is Dmitriy your perfect new colleague? 
Besides the fact that Dmitriy is used working on irregular times, he's used to working under pressure. Dmitriy is not afraid to make decisions! While living in Ukraine, he kept on working in Russia in the film industry as a technician. The film industry isn't an industry with 'normal' working hours. Which hasn't been a problem at all. In order for Dmitriy and his team to move forward with technical projects, Dmitriy often had to make adhoc decisions. Making the right descisions in such circumstances have become very easy to Dmitriy. Once he's sure of his case, he is not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of his work. 

What is Dmitriy looking for? 

Dmitriy doesn't have a long list of demands for his future job. He's a very realistic, down-to-earth man who wants (and needs) to support his family. His (short) list of demands consists of the following:

  • work in the area of Vlaardingen (Rotterdam), so he has spare time to learn Dutch & English instead of travelling several hours a day; 
  • a fulltime job, could be in shifts; 
  • a nice salary to support his family, around €3000,-- gross a month. 

As Dmitriy is working at this moment as a concrete builder in the area of Amsterdam, he could be available on short notice, which will be by mutual agreement.
