Sales Engineer

DO YOU HAVE A BACKGROUND IN SALES AND TECHNICAL?

Are you a Sales Engineer who wants to join a team in a dynamic role that blends technical knowledge with commercial insight? In this position, you'll be responsible for identifying client needs, proposing tailored engineering solutions, and driving sales growth across our product and service offerings. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for technical sales and building lasting customer relationships.

These tasks will be part of your job:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime, offshore, port, and terminal industries;
  • offer expert technical advice to customers, clearly demonstrating the value and application of our solutions;
  • build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners;
  • work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions;
  • prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and quotations;
  • negotiate pricing and contract terms to balance customer satisfaction with business profitability;
  • monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings;
  • represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a business degree with strong technical affinity;
  • proven experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles;
  • strong understanding of engineering products and technical applications;
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • ability to clearly translate technical features into commercial value;
  • self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently;
  • willingness to travel for client meetings and events;
  • fluency in English, both spoken and written.
