Safety officer looking for a new challenge on shore in the beautiful port of Rotterdam.

We got to know Laurentiu as a motivated and enthusiastic safety officer. Full of enthusiasm he told us about his experiences on board, from educating and training the team to checking all safety equipment on board cruise ships.

Since he boarded immediately after graduation, every position ashore is new to him and he does not have a clear idea of what position(s) appeal to him. What is very clear to him is that the position meets the following criteria:

  • development opportunities;
  • working in a team with hardworking people;
  • in/or around the (Rotterdam) port, as this is in his blood;
  • active, in other words, not a 9-17 office job.
