Maintenance & Repair employee (temporary)

ARE YOU A HANDS-ON AND DETAIL-DRIVEN PERSON WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A COLLABORATIVE MINDSET?

In this temporary job (due to replacement of sick colleague) you will work with your immediate M&R colleague to handle all incoming international claims.

The following tasks will be part of your job:

  • Assess container damages and liaise with insurers, including determining replacement values;
  • evaluate and approve repair estimates based on internal criteria and contractual agreements;
  • register and manage container data in our systems;
  • communicate with (internal) departments, offices, terminals, depots, and agents.

Do you have and are you:

  • Some experience in the maritime logistics sector;
  • preferably technical knowledge of container maintenance and repairs;
  • a team player who can also work independently;
  • solution-oriented, proactive, and flexible;
  • confident using computer systems and digital tools.

But the most important thing are your learning skills; are you able to learn the job very fast to do the job yourself.
