Customer service employee

IS PROVIDING HIGH END SERVICE TO CLIENTS AS A SECOND NATURE TO YOU?

As a customer service employee you are the first person who is in contact with clients by phone and by email.

The following tasks will be part of your job:

  • booking new orders;
  • changing details in existing orders;
  • keeping track of the status of orders;
  • dealing with complaints about orders;
  • processing any other customer related questions or remarks. 

Do you have:

  • excellent communication skills in English and preferably in another foreign language;
  • customer oriented work experience;
  • experience with MS Office and CMRs. 

Are you:

  • customer orientated;
  • service oriented;
  • proactive;
  • willing to learn the Dutch language.

What can you expect?

  • A fulltime job, from Monday - Friday 8 hours a day between 08.00h and 18.00h;
  • salary will be more or less between €2200,- and €2750 gross a month;
  • travel expenses will be paid;
  • at least 24 holidays a year.
