Please meet Alexander - customer service specialist with broad experience in export and import operations.

Alexander came to Holland together with his wife and their young daughter. And now he is trying to settle a new life here.

 

From taking customer orders to the calculations of the final delivery

Alexander is great at communication and makes an impression of a highly experienced and motivated person. He has a work record in carrying out customer service work. He also has experience in controlling international shipment documentation including Packing slips, Commercial Invoices, BOL’s, L/Cs, Airway Bills, Cargo Clearance Documentation and certificates. He is specialized in letter of credit forms of mutual settlements in accordance with UCP 600 and ISBP 745, and consulted and cooperated with major world banks. In addition, he knows how to calculate all export or import-related expenses together with delivery fees. Alexander is used to work in close cooperation with clients, brokers and expeditors and knows how to coordinate the delivery process, so that everybody is happy with deadlines and results.

 

China experience

Alexander’s experience is based on work in companies involved in international economic relations. Mostly with organizations in Asian countries. First, he worked with the Asian region, then he worked for Chinese companies. And finally, he decided to move to China and work as a freelance remote buyer for companies. Both he and his wife are Ukrainian but they met in China. They had to leave China because of the Covid-19 pandemic. They never came back to China because their daughter was born in Ukraine and Alexander started working for a new nice enterprise.
