This (young) deck-cadet is looking for an opportunity on shore so he can spend more time with his family. 

Andrii his story up to now

As a young boy, he grew up near Odessa, a port city in Ukraine on the Black Sea. Like many Ukrainian boys, he chose Maritime College after which he went sailing. Not long after, he became a father for the 1st time and realized that he did not want to spend the rest of his life sailing. So at the end of 2018, he started working ashore in a completely different sector; namely, as an employee at a funeral home. Andrii was called when there was a death to arrange the entire funeral with the relatives.

Andrii's plans for the future

Andrii is sure that his future lies in the Netherlands. He wants to provide good education for his children and to be able to grow up safely. He wants to buy a house and a trailer so that Andrii can travel with his family in their free time.

He is looking for a job in the maritime sector, as this is where his heart still lies. He wants to improve his skills and develop in position. We think of a function (in an office), like;

  • planner;
  • salesman;
  • customer service;
  • or another maritime related opportunity.
