Enthusiastic & well-spoken are a couple of words describing this customer orientated young lady.

From wine making to customer service in logistics
Anastasiia studied ‘Fermentation product and wine making technologies’ at the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. She has been working in the laboratory for several years, which she absolutely loved. During the year as Head of Production she had to be available 24/7. That made her realise that she had to change her plans for the future. A future where she would be able to invest in her personal life as well as her professional career.

After a short break she found a job at a logistic company where she processed orders in SAP most of the time. Anastasiia proved to be a fast learner as she managed to work by herself quite fast without having a relevant background. When her colleague returned from maternity leave Anastasiia could start at Lenty Pro where she was in contact with clients (B-2-B) regarding contact lenses and eyeglasses. She was giving advice, processed orders and preparing orders for transportation, mostly all at the same time!

 

Present time and future plans
Anastasiia was assigned a location in Biddinghuizen and she started working at a production factory after only a week being in the Netherlands. She and her partner knew that the location was going to be shut down so they started looking for another place to stay, preferably near Rotterdam as her mother got assigned a place in Rotterdam. In march this year she moved to Capelle ad IJssel and started looking for a job in the Rotterdam area.
Anastasiia is still recovering from a broken leg, which means she can’t stand or walk for a long time, so a job where she can sit is highly recommended, probably necessary.

She’s looking for a job quite similar to her last job in Ukraine. She really liked this job because of the following reasons:

  • In contact with customers, by e-mail and by phone and making a real difference for them;
  • Multitasking with all the different tasks, being busy all day is what she wants (and needs);
  • She worked in a great team; work hard, play hard.

A customer orientated role would be perfect for Anastasiia. We truly believe she would be a great addition to the team due to her social and professional skills.
