Dmytro is an experienced, intelligent technician, with an excellent technical educational background and proven experience in performing technical and managerial tasks within his former job.

He came to the Netherlands from Kharkiv city, Ukraine, together with his family (wife and two small children) and his parents.  Dmytro makes an impression of a highly motivated, sustainable, hard-working and quick-learning person. He started his work experience during his studies with a part-time jobs as a “handyman“, and after his studies was building his career within the same enterprise for more than eight years.

 

He graduated from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” as a mechanical engineer for foundry equipment and immediately started his work in the state enterprise "Komunar" under the position of technical engineer in the foundry workshop. In 3 years, he was promoted to the position of deputy head of the foundry workshop where he was responsible for the technical and operational issues.

 

Within his work Dmytro had to take responsibility for all technical-related issues, including questions regarding new equipment installation, renovation, identifying errors and breakdowns of equipment, making decisions about necessary reparations.

 

To improve his managerial skills and to be able to grow further, he received his master’s Degree in Management, Manager of Administrative Activity in 2017.

He is a technical-minded person. But his open-minded approach is also very much appreciated. When we asked him a question why he decided to choose the direction of the foundry as his specialization, the answer was that he was told that apart from technical skills, he would also gain their knowledge on how to become a great jeweler.

 

His English is good enough to understand everything and to be able to have all necessary work-related communication.
