Yuliia is a very enthusiastic and energetic young lady who loves to help out customers by providing excellent customer service. 

After graduating Applied Linguistics Yuliia was offered as Payroll Administrator. For this Canadian company she was the contactperson for local drivers and operators based in Ukraine. Most of the time she was busy with handling all kind of questions by email and telephone and of course with processing the administration correctly. She loved several parts of this job, like:

  • building relationships by being patient and honest to the customers;
  • learning the job by doing it;
  • lots of work to do. Yuliia perfroms well under the pressure and doesn't mind working hard.


Life is all about making choices, that's what Yuliia believes. Also that life can be easy, it's all about setting your standards. After a year she and her daughter are used to living in the Netherlands, with her boyfriend, now it's time to find her a nice job. She is learning Dutch and is getting herself a driver's license. In the last year she has been active as a volunteer. She saw many refugees struggling with the English language so she offered to help them out, she still helps out people for a couple of hours a week.
