With a positive outlook on life, Sergii is currently at the beginning of his career on shore. In 17 years on board he has experienced many wonderful things and has learned a lot, all of which he now wants to use in his future ashore. As a 3rd officer he has had many responsibilities and is not afraid to make decisions. Since his tasks were quite broad and not 1 on 1 copyable to a position ashore, he is also widely applicable.

For Sergii, the following points are important in a new job:

  • shipping and/or port related;
  • not a 100% office function;
  • independence (after some time);
  • stability (certain certainty for the future).
