Meet Enes – A driven maritime professional ready for his next chapter in the Netherlands.

Enes arrived in the Netherlands a few years ago and has now found his home in Schiedam. With a solid background in the maritime world — from hands-on experience on chemical tankers to operational and crew-related roles — he’s ready to continue his career in Dutch waters.

He’s open to roles in chartering, operations, port/agency work, or as an inspector in safety or oil-related fields. What sets Enes apart? His structured and perfectionist approach. He thrives in well-organized environments and values clear onboarding and step-by-step learning — a mindset rooted in his Turkish maritime training.

But there’s more to Enes than ships and safety: football is his lifelong passion. Although a professional career on the pitch wasn't in the cards, he found another way — through refereeing. After starting in Turkey, he continued his journey in the Netherlands, and his persistence has paid off: Enes is now a FIFA assistant referee candidate and will be officiating professional matches next season.

He’s just two exams away from completing his integration path and is fully available for a fulltime position. With his international experience, disciplined mindset, and eagerness to grow, Enes is more than ready to make an impact in the Dutch maritime sector.
