Get introduced to Wioleta, a female navigator who is looking for an opportunity on shore. 

Who is Wioleta? 
An ambitious, intelligent and goal-oriented young woman. Proved by attending and completing the bachelor's degree in Engineering, Navigator. As she herself says, a tough and at the same time a beautiful experience. Tough as in the fact that, as a girl, she had to manage in a (surely) male world in which she had no connections yet. During the internships were meant to make navigating her own, but in addition to this she was put to work as a deck cadet. Long & intense days where she learned an awful lot. She persevered and proved herself which was rewarded with an employment contract after completing her education. When she has a goal, she sticks to it until she achieves it.

What does she wants?
A job on shore where she can further develop herself within the maritime industry as this is the industry where she fell in love with many years ago. As a second officer she was responsible for several tasks where she developed the following skills, amongst others:

  • multitasking; doing multiple things at once
  • communication; with various people in different languages
  • planning; take into account the weight and contents of the load
In summary; an office job where she can further develop her knowledge and skills in an industry she loves so much.
