Meet this versatile woman; trained as an english teacher, transport manager, telecommunicator and laboratory assistant.

Svetlana has been in the Netherlands for 3 years now and has not yet found the opportunity she moved for. Since her arrival, she has worked in various production locations, but she can do more, much more.

With a father who is a university professor, Svetlana is motivated to keep learning. This has resulted in her completing multiple (and therefore different) studies. Svetlana obviously has no regrets about this, but at the same time she worries about not having a unified work and learning history.
For six years, she worked as a laboratory assistant and, all together, also for about six years as a translator.

How Svetlana sees her future workplace;

  • where she will be treated with respect. (This sounds very normal, however, until now she has not always experienced this in the Netherlands);
  • where she matters, where her work contributes to a whole;
  • where she can get things done; give her a pile of work and Svetlana will grab it with both hands and make sure she closes the door with satisfaction at the end of the day;
